Above Picture:  Lyons retrieves personal property for deceased accident victim.  4 Yrs. served as Will County Disaster Deputy  4 Yrs. served as Will County Deputy Coroner During my 4 years as Deputy Coroner, I created Public Education Programs for schools in Will County.  In these Public Education Programs, I spoke to students about the responsibilities of the Coroner, and the consequences of drinking and driving, as well as drug use.  I have been a licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer for 10 Yrs.  Volunteer for Channahon Fire Department for 26 Yrs. - Retired  16 Yrs. as a Fire Prevention Officer for Channahon Volunteer Fire Department, in which I also created a Education Program for the schools to inform students about the dangers of fire and the importance of a practiced escape route.  12 Yrs. as a Trustee on the Channahon Village Board During my 12 years as a trustee, I worked on a disaster plan for the Village of Channahon.  I was also in charge of finance for the village.  8 Yrs. on the Channahon School Board  I was employed for 8 years for a company based out of Utah that sold educational robots that taught safety.  I created programs that are used across the United States by Fire Departments, Police Departments, and EMS Personnel, using magic, puppets, and clowning to educate children about drugs, alcohol, and fire.
